As a startup tech company, QorusDocs was looking to grow its online audience and differentiate itself from competitors. Enlisting the help of EMM, QorusDocs wanted to stand out in a crowded field.

Understanding their needs:

With the task in mind, EMM created QorusDoc’s social media strategy, company guidelines, and monthly social media calendars that highlighted the wide variety of industries QorusDocs serves, including manufacturing, healthcare, sales, and legal. Managing the tech company’s social media platforms, EMM showcased the various solutions that QorusDocs provides, speaking to the different pain points that each industry faces. 

How we helped:

After previously engaging EMM on other projects, including updating the copy and design of the website and publishing engaging thought leadership pieces, QorusDocs enlisted the help of EMM to develop, plan, and implement a new social media strategy and monthly social media calendar. As a result of EMM’s efforts, QorusDocs saw a 33% increase in follower growth on LinkedIn in one year.

 

Below we explain our tried-and-true approach to creating an effective social media strategy that brings in real, tangible results:

The EMM team met with the QorusDocs team to strategize a social media plan each month. Together the teams came up with a few recurring post categories like software features, testimonials, and others that could easily be inserted into each month’s calendar, as well as created a list of influencers and groups that could be interacted with to boost their following.


EMM then wrote the copy for the first month’s social calendar, paying close attention to key dates, events, webinars, and conferences that would pertain to the industries that QorusDocs served. During this step, EMM also put together social guidelines including a set list of hashtags, emojis, and what tone each social post was to follow.

Finally, EMM closely monitored social engagement to see which posts were getting the most likes, interactions, and comments. Based on the on-going results, EMM scheduled quarterly reporting meetings and adjusted the strategy for each social platform to better cater to their audiences.
