That’s where Diana Ishak, Sr. Director, Americas Partner Channel, and her team saw an opportunity: to create a clear, impactful way for partners to showcase their value—and for Microsoft sellers to connect them with the right customers.

The challenge? Many partners struggled to articulate what made them unique, making it difficult for sellers to identify the best fit.

Enter the SuperPower Program—a strategic initiative designed to help Microsoft partners identify, articulate, and amplify their unique value. Whether it’s deep industry knowledge, a groundbreaking AI solution, or the ability to deliver at global scale, every partner has something special to offer. Our job was to help the Microsoft sales team see that clearly—and act on it.

How we helped:

So, what did we do?
Through in-depth conversations and strategic guidance, we helped partners uncover their core messaging and positioning. Then we created a visually engaging SuperPower slide—a simple, high-impact format that made it easier than ever for sellers to understand and promote partner solutions. Think of it as a superhero profile: quick, punchy, and powerful.

Then we leveled up.
We expanded the program to spotlight partners across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada offering Microsoft Copilot and generative AI solutions. We developed personalized messaging that went beyond what each partner does—highlighting what makes them the go-to choice for a specific industry, solution, or region.

But this project wasn’t just about slides. It was about storytelling.
Each slide told a compelling story to two audiences at once:
💼 Microsoft sellers—so they could confidently recommend the right partner.
🌍 Customers—so partners could use the messaging in their own marketing materials.

And the results?
